Happy 1st to Flash Lite Tutorial!

I do not know jack when I was starting out. Yes, I know basic flash, but that wasn't enough to appease today's audiences.

When I decided to try my hand on making flash lite wallpapers, I searched, and searched hard, for flash lite tutorials over the interwebs.
