"Space 001 Invaders" Flash Lite Wallpaper from TFH

TFH did it again, posting another great flash lite wallpaper in Space 001: Invaders. The wallpaper has, I would assume, several UFOs in the middle with rays of light surrounding it. The blinking stars are a wonderful touch too. I would like to learn how to do that someday :)
